Welcome to [The Missionary Supply]. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Missionary Starter Packs ("Products") provided by The Missionary Supply ("we", "us", or "our"). By ordering or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each Missionary Starter Pack includes items curated for practical and spiritual support during missionary service. Contents may include, but are not limited to: apparel, hygiene items, religious literature, stationery, and personal care products.
We reserve the right to modify the contents based on availability, shipping restrictions, or improvements to the packs.

• All orders must be placed via our website or authorized platforms.
   
• Prices are listed in US currency and are subject to change without notice.
   
• Payments must be completed at the time of order through accepted payment methods.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
   

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
   
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
   

• Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
   
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
   

• Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
   
• Religious or inspirational materials included are for faith-building and support and should not be resold or altered.
   
• We are not liable for misuse of any item included in the starter packs.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Products.
   
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Products.
   

Products are provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every item will meet your expectations or be suitable for all climates or regions of service.

By purchasing from us, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

All content, branding, packaging design, and product descriptions are the intellectual property of The Missionary Supply and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, UT. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
